Refunds: Submit a refund request via email to nztradehub@gmail.com. Submit your refund request if you can provide proof that the customer is refusing to let you quote the job or the contact information is no longer valid. If the Contractor refuses to make contact with the customer within 24hrs after purchasing the customer contact and promptly follow through with quote arrangements with the customer contact, refunds are nullified.
